Travel tips from Dr. Holly for Circulation

So many of you are mentioning your fun trips when you come into the clinic. I am not going to lie, we are a bit jealous.
However, it did get our team talking about how we could help you feel good as you travel. Dr. Holly came up with a few great travel tips.
Dr. Holly’s Travel Tips for Healthy Circulation
Wear loose, comfy clothes and shoes – Skip the tight jeans. You’re not on a runway.
Move those legs! – Flex your ankles, wiggle your toes, do little leg lifts.
Squeeze + release – Contract and relax your calf muscles, glutes, and core throughout your trip.
Breathe deeply – Helps oxygenate your system and relieve stress.
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate – Drink lots of water and maybe skip that second airport cocktail.
Take breaks – Stand, stretch, and walk the aisle (or stop at the next rest area and do a quick lap!).
